2) HOSTING YOUR WEBSITE

Paying for space on a server  to house the content and code that makes up your website.
Prices for hosting vary widely, depending on your site's specific needs.

3) DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR WEBSITE

This is where the majority of the costs can arise in bringing a new website to fruition.
What you pay totally depends on who is doing the site, what software and tools they are using, whether or not there are license fees for software and tools used, how much content your site has, what kind of functionality the site needs, etc.

Building a new website can range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand in general.
