Hi, My name is Helen and my random act of kindness is more of a treat for everyone that I work with. I had four days off of work and I took the opportunity to do some baking during that time. I spent 3 days baking and created a small gift bag of goodies for everyone I work with. I did this because the company that I work for does nothing special for their employees during the holidays. The company does let us have parties or put up decorations. The most that they do is give out a 10 dollar gift card. So too show some appreciation for their work I provided them each with a little something from the heart.

My name is Tina, and my random act of kindness was a friend of a friend type of thing, this woman's husband has cancer and like many Americans has no health insurance, he is going thru chemo and is trying to cope with the side effects - mainly nausea, so for Christmas I gave him a free Reiki treatment and he has found that it really works for the nausea. I was so glad it helped him and decided to volunteer for the Wounded Warrios Program and at my local childrens hospital
